Thank you for choosing our platform. We aim to provide an exceptional automated AI and marketing infrastructure. Because our services involve immediate digital delivery, system resource allocation, and API overhead costs, we maintain a transparent policy regarding cancellations and refunds.


1. One-Time Credit Top-Ups

All purchases of pay-as-you-go credit packages are final. Once credits are deposited into your balance, they are immediately available for system processing, agent executions, and data retrieval workflows.

We do not issue partial or full refunds for unused or remaining credits under any circumstances once a transaction has successfully cleared.

2. Recurring Subscription Tiers

Subscription payments grant uninterrupted access to premium platform tools and a refreshed monthly allotment of resources.

  • Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your billing portal dashboard.
  • Access Duration: Upon cancellation, your premium access will remain fully functional until the end of your current paid billing period. No future charges will be initiated.
  • No Pro-Rata Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations or partially used subscription months.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We value fairness and recognize that technical or human anomalies can occur. Refund claims will only be evaluated on a case-by-case basis if they meet the following criteria:

  • A proven double charge or transactional error originating directly from our payment gateway provider.
  • A severe, prolonged platform outage preventing core credit consumption that lasts longer than 72 consecutive hours.

Any exceptional refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the disputed transaction event.
